Perhaps my expectations were too high
My usual fabric softener did a better job. Will revert to using it. It was worth a try though, might work better for someone else.

Towels were not as soft as I hoped
I was disappointed with the product. Perhaps it needs to be used several times for softness to build up

Softens the towels!
Our towels are gradually becoming more soft with each wash. Probably I should have bought this much sooner, before our towels had become so hard! But at least I’ve been able to put off buying new towels for a while!

I have found it now and started to use it.
Not so effective with older towels, but our water is very hard.

the towels I washed were just the same as before when dried on the line outside.

It does soften your towels after a few goes
After 3 washes towels are getting softer I add white vinegar to wash and put it on delicate wash

No Results and Horrific Smell
I purchased this product in December and have used it for every load of towel wash I've done since then.Firstly - this product certainly did NOT soften my towels or make them any less rough. I've alternated between using different detergents/gels and seeing if that would help but it did not.Secondly - the smell, or rather, the stench of the towels after being washed with this. The stench was unbelievable and not only did I notice it but so did everyone who visited my home and used the towels. The smell lingered on the skin after using the towels and it was certainly not pleasant.Lastly - I was really hopeful after having read reviews about this product and I was so looking forward to my towels being the slightest amount less rough but no. Not only did I get stinking towels which felt just as rough as they did before months of treatment using this product, it was a complete waste of money and my time.This is my honest review and I would not purchase this again, I'm not sure I'd even consider it if there was another scent of this on the market but there isn't.
