I believe a 1 star rating is too high! Zero would be more accurate. It just doesn't work as advertised. It's major drawback is that, when someone rings the doorbell, you can't talk to them from the inside unit. The person at the door must start any conversation by pressing the talk button. That's rediculous! You should be able to start the conversation from inside even if they don't even ring the bell!

The range es well below announced, at least if there are brick walls interfering. In my case, the PANDAAR wireless intercom it is useless for a distance of 50 meters (some 165 feets), with a couple a brick walls in the middle, one of them one feet wide. I will appreciate If anyone know a wireless intercom doorbell with real long range

I was very happy to stumble on this product recently! I had envisioned something like an intercom system to easily communicate with my kids while they are playing in the treehouse and this was the perfect solution for that. Both units synced up instantly and seem to have great range (no problems about 80ft away). Great product!

So this intercom works great and has been very useful for us. We have a large house and sometimes the kids have a quick question. Instead of having to come all the way to where we are they can simply press the call button and we're connected. What I don't like is the battery in our side dies quickly, even when not in use. I also don't like that you can only call one way. If you have a constant power source and no reason for 2 way calling then this system is perfect for you.

Easy to install and works great at our front gate, no problems hearing people talking, love the rechargeable battery. So far works great.

I recently purchased this wireless intercom doorbell hoping for a convenient way to screen visitors and communicate with people at the door. While the intercom system itself works great with clear audio and a decent range, I found the doorbell function a bit cumbersome for everyday use. Each time someone presses the doorbell, it initiates a "call" that requires me to answer it from the intercom unit inside. This extra step seems unnecessary when I just want a simple doorbell chime to alert me that someone's at the door. I imagine delivery drivers might also find this confusing, as it sounds more like a phone ringing than a traditional doorbell. While the intercom feature is useful, I ultimately prefer a more straightforward doorbell system.
