It is hard to exactly say how long the elastic skirting lasts, this depends on the intensity of use. So far, we have only heard good stories about the elastic. If you wish the net to be treated with insecticide, you can consider purchasing a permethrin spray. Please note, permethrin sprays require an EPA registration.
