Q: If i have an employee who punches in for a shift that begins at 4:00pm and punches out at 12:00am does it record on the same line?

Hi Jeannette, you can adjust the "day end" time. If it's common for your employees to clock out after midnight, you can adjust that time to be later which will keep all of the punches on the same line. The default is 12:00am, but often people adjust it to 1:00am, or later just to cover cases like that. Thank you for your question!

Q: Hi, in reviews it said it is only set up till 2018-so we can not use it in 2019?

we got ours in 2018 and it is still working in 2019 BUT it does louse about 5 min. per week we need to keep resetting it every week, this is not good, and we do like this unit,,,,
