2012 mustang. I had the original key but I lost the immobilizer chip out of it. The aftermarket key that the dealership used was not good and the chip fell out of the side. I bought this in hopes that it would program it to where I can use it and it literally only took me two tries to get it to work and it's started right up. With a tow and programming the key this probably saved me almost 600$ to $700. I highly suggest it totally works and it is totally awesome.

2012 Ford Edge, easy as pie, turn on newly cut key to last point before starting, plug in connector, push button on connector it will beep twice, about ten minutes to bind be patient it will let you know when it's finished, after that it was all set to start vehicle, setting up buttons was easy, lock door from drivers door, insert key and cycle key on off 8 times ending with power on, push any button on the remote and locks will cycle and all set,

I'll admit I was a bit skeptical at first when ordering this item but other reviews encouraged me to give it a try. It does work as noted. After doing one key and running that key for a few months I found the need for yet another key. I was able to go get a second key and use this programmer to add it to the car.

It arrived quick, and it is quick and easy to do, I think it took me 15 or 20 minutes to complete

Product works great, but good luck finding anyone who will cut the key for you without buying this from them.

The instructions are incredibly easy to follow. Was easily able to program 2 additional keys and fobs. Highly recommend this vs taking to the dealer. It will save you hundreds of dollars.
