Great for on-the-go CPR training
This CPR training product was exactly what I needed in order to teach CPR on an international trip! I needed something light-weight and easy to travel with. I wanted to use a product that could simulate the feel of CPR as closely as possible without traveling internationally with CPR mannequins - and this was definitely it! I taught CPR to teenagers at an orphanage in Albania, and they were able to practice hands-on with this tool. I'm thankful I found this product and I will definitely recommend it to others!

OK for practice, but not worth the cost.
The product is OK for practice, but not as realistic as I had hoped. They cannot be used for training. A pop bottle taped into the chest portion of a t-shirt works better (and is a lot cheaper).

Cool way to practice CPR at home without mannequin
This is a simple but effective way to teach compression-only CPR and to practice at home without having to buy an expensive mannequin. The device is simple, it's a flat-topped cone made of moderately firm foam. It's hollow in the middle. You simply place it on the ground and press against it to practice giving compressions. I don't have a way to compare it to professional mannequins, but it seems to offer a decent amount of resistance. This product is a really good idea that gives people the ability to practice lifesaving skills at home or in small group environments. This doesn't replace the need to get professional instruction, but it gives you the ability to practice afterwards.

Great for teaching/practice
Good set- does the job of teaching the motion and steps to provide good CPR- love that it comes with the diagram for positioning too.
