This was a gift for a family member, and they were really pleased with it.

Loved this as soon as i opened it and got a good whiff of the scent from inside!It's all very nicely put together and an interesting mix items. I feel if i wanted to go start a fire, by candle light, while drinking coffee, with clean hands, this has me covered.The cup is a decent size, a nice design and had no issues when filled with freshly boiled water. I did find the seal on the lid a bit too good, and got displaced a couple of times while prying it open. The soap is great, lathers up well with a nice scent and my skin felt very nice afterwards. Likewise the candle was great with a lovely scent and it burned nicely.Now the fun stuff, the wax infused tinder took a spark really well and lit up in no time. The sparks coming from the ferro rod were also very good, not quite up there with the best premium rods, but no arguing it worked well enough to get both the tinder and paper shreds going. Finally the whistle is ear screeching good for the size.A great fun gift.

This is a strange gift for a man-or anyone comes to that. The good part first. I like the mug, that’s it-I like the mug. The other items don’t work or I can’t understand why they would be included in a camping kit. The soap. The listing says coffee soap, the item says diamond and there look to be bits of gold leaf floating around in it. Only the gold leaf is mentioned in the ingredients. Why would a camper, outdoor enthusiast want this type of soap? The candle is an aromatherapy candle. “I know, we’re stranded in the wilds dear-let’s have an aromatherapy session.” The child’s straw-to drink your coffee? And a little brush to make sure it’s scrupulously clean in the forest. Then we come to the fire starter kit. The 7 in 1 fire starter kit, I counted four bits, hemp rope, ruler, whistle, and metal rod. I’m not counting the green cord as it’s just holding the ruler and rod together and as far as I can see doesn’t have a fire starting function. I tried, I really did, to produce a spark. I tried rod against ruler, then ruler against rod and scraped it along the serrated edge and through the cutouts. No joy. If man was waiting for me to create fire he’d have a long wait! Then there’s the whistle, it makes the most pathetic squeak.I’m sorry Iunio, but I don’t think your outdoor kit would be of a much use for camping and I dread to think what might happen if it was relied on to get you out of an emergency.

The media could not be loaded. Ok presentation with the box and has the shredder paper inside to keep things safe and relatively in place.The travel mug is cool, resistant, made of strong sturdy metal and with a soft desing.The soap scent is not the best so not a fan of that. Similarly the candle is ok but nothing extraordinary.The kit for the wilderness to start a fire is ok, seems of good quality but didn't seem representative in the box, felt like something was missing.Ok set but still with room for improvement.
