I bought this to store clothing for a six month lease, so wanted something more functional and not completely hideous. It was easy to install, however it's been over a week that I've left it to air out and there are still VOCs off gassing from the shelves, every time I touch one it leaves an itchy sensation. I don't what chemicals they use to treat this thing, but I'm definitely not comfortable storing clothing - or really anything - in there. If I could wash the facbric shelves it'd be different but I can't so again pretty unusable. Shame, it would have been perfect otherwise.

I bought two different brands of fabric-pull dressers and I'd go with Household Essentials for the simple fact that both types of units I purchased had a thin metal support bar under each drawer. Now, the mDesign dresser is not a bad choice and I'd go with it if it were substantially less expensive. It comfortably holds underwear and handkerchiefs and small bathroom appliances (i.e. blow-dryers) without sagging. The baskets of both brands are virtually identical in construct, so no issue there. I really think that thin metal bar on each tier offers not only substantially more drawer support but stability as well, and this makes the dressers by Household Essentials a superior product. Plus that brand offers dressers with "real" handles. It boils down to price, I regret buying this brand because I'd pay more for Household Essentials. I personally thinks it's worth a 25 percent premium because of the quality.

This is my honest opinion of this product, and no I have not been paid for it haha.This storage dresser is amazing !! Here is why :1.) It is great for small spaces. If you live somewhere where the space is limited, this is definitely something you should look into. It is small yet neat, and it adds a touch of modernization to the house. Apart from its drawers, it has space on the top where other things can be placed.2.) This is effective if you dont have your own place. I live in a rented apartment so I try not to get too comfortable. To avoid the hassle of moving large furniture when moving, this is a great investment. If and when you plan to move, this is really easy to disassemble when moving. Even after you move and get your own place, it's still an item I would keep because it's handy and cute.3.) I still cant fathom how it holds so much clothes ! It's small in structure but yet it holds a lot of clothes. The drawers are very deep and sturdy. Again this is good if you're a minimalist or of you just dont have the space, or simply the money to buy a dresser.4.) IT'S SO CUTE. I feel like a two year old because everytime I just keep looking at it, opening the drawers, being surprised at how much it holds, and so on 🤣.5.) I left this for last because many people have commented on it. It is super easy to set up, and not a whole bunch of screws and parts to it. Very time effecient also.I dont really have anything negative to say about it. There is a smell to it but it is expected. I heard that it goes away quickly.I was initially sad about the price because it was very high for me, but it is worth it.PS. Just don't pull out the draws to fast and far, else it will slip out. This is not a fault in the design because normal drawers would do the same thing also.

I bought this to replace a large plastic storage drawer. I purchased the espresso vertical dresser since my furniture is dark brown. It matches perfectly. It was super easy to assemble taking about 5-7 minutes. I like how the different screws were labeled and separate. This is just the right height so I can stand and reach the top 2 drawers. I have to squat down for the one closer to the floor. The bins come with a bottom to insert to make it sturdy, and I appreciate that. It fits right behind my door against the wall. It's not intrusive and I can still open my door wide. I would recommend this item.

It took about 20 minutes from taking the package indoors until having it fully set up in my room with the drawers filled. The instructions were clear, the parts labeled and well packaged, the whole thing effortless to put together. The metal frame is very sturdy and I don't worry about it wobbling or collapsing.The soft box drawers have tough floor inserts that allow them to hold quite a lot of weight. The espresso color is a true espresso: a brown so rich and dark that I wondered if it was black when I first looked at the packaging. Upon setup, it looks lovely! Doesn't look cheap or frail. Great product!

Pros: Easy to assemble, sturdy frame, holds a good amount of items, good for small spaces, measurements accurateCons: Drawers don't hold their form too well once you place bulky items inside..tends to slacken and lean.-SMELLY!!! with a capital SMELLY!!! It's got a lingering, nauseating scent that smells like a combo of unwashed very old man and stale cigar smoke in a windowless room that won't go away no matter what you do.. .I'm out of ideas. Now I know how Seinfeld felt.I didn't notice this abominable odor until well after I threw out the box it came in, so now I'm stuck with this malodorous malady. It feels like an affliction, it really does. Very unhappy that I probably can't get my money back but I don't blame Amazon they only sell the stuff.

Gave it 4 stars overall, because it checks off everything I'm personally looking for in a dresser. I sought to downsize my overall wardrobe, just to make my life more simple. I've cut my clothing down to 5 tshirts, 2 collared shirts, 2 designer shirts, 3 long sleeves, 3 jeans, 2 joggers, 3 shorts. All of that + socks/underwear fit inside of the top 3 drawers easily. The 4th drawer I use for random things in my room that I want to keep but don't intend to use often.It's sturdy enough, but it's specifically designed to be screwed into a wall or a more stable surface. It's not designed to be a stable stand-alone object. I personally have mine in the corner of my room, with a salt lamp on top of it. Doesn't jiggle around much at all, because it's up against 2 corners. If you want extra sturdiness, then screw into the wall as designed. By and large I'm happy with this purchase. Good color, good price and fits my needs. *thumbs up*

Les 2 petits meubles que j'ai commandé sont très bien , mais lors de la livraison en les déballant je me suis aperçue qu'ils étaient abîmés au niveau des coins . Donc un peu déçu d'où la note de 3 étoiles .
