Difficult to assemble
This product is wonderful once you have completed the set up. Myself and a mechanic worked almost 4 hours to assemble three units. We are not sure if it was the packing or manufacturing that was the problem.The pieces do not fit properly and we constantly had to adjust or slightly bend several of the pieces to get a proper fit. It is not as easy as the videos show.

This is a great product! Work on the protective packaging!
The pieces that arrived undamaged are great. The until builds quickly. It's also very easy to adjust. This would be a five star review if I could get a unit to arrive without shipping damage. As of this writing I need a top, one vertical support, bottom front support, bottom rear support and two shelves.I'm hopeful to get the replacement pieces and will edit this review once this is resolved and/or the new parts arrived undamaged.

Damage likely
Bought 2 of these for a community center. Two arrived substantially dented (see photos). No instructions--whoever assembles this has to figure it out from the 2-minute video and be very good with spatial reasoning and working with their hands. The construction is such that the bookcase MUST be affixed to the wall in order to be safe (hardware included). I'll say one thing, though, the steel shelves are sturdy. We have every inch loaded with books, no problem.

Sturdy and easy to assemble. Good value.
This metal bookshelf is tall, sturdy, and heavy-duty. The shelves are thick and strong too. Assembly was a breeze since it’s all snap-together parts – no screws or tools needed. Was going to put it in the garage, but it looks great as a display case in the dining room as well.

Assembly is terrible
The assembly instructions are terrible. They list the order of the steps, but they do nothing else. No parts list. No photos showing how to do it. The instructions are one page. In a $240 bookcase, one would think they could include a second page that showed how to assemble. Packaging is terrible. Bookcase arrived pre-dented and pre-bent.
