I don’t know how to write a review on a supplement but it does give you a lot more energy then pre does but I still take the pre.

Ok, so first of all I hope I can clear up a couple things for some reviewers and/or readers of reviews of this product. First off it is a dietary SUPPLEMENT, it is not a pharmaceutical drug and therefore the effects are likely to be subtle at best. Dramatic and obvious results are not likely unless you have some rare specific condition in which your body is clinically deficient in its ability to synthesize ALC. That being said I DO believe it to be beneficial in theory and practice for bolstering mitochondrial function in the brain, ie memory support and cellular energy production. Just have reasonable expectations..... If you think you are "Super Juiced" from taking 2,000 mg a day, I can almost guarantee you are experiencing a placebo effect. Again, I take it every day, and believe it to be better than not taking it, but I also know that if I don't take it, nothing dramatic happens, I'm ok. Second, for the person complaining about the labeling in regard to the mg, You stated that the label says "Capsules contain 1000 mg" but then on the back it states serving size is (2) capsules to equal 1,000 mg....... And you found that misleading ....... Well, it appears you need to read more carefully because It actually says "Capsules contain 1,000mg PER SERVING....... Nowhere does it say or even imply 1,000 mg capsules....... In fact I would be wary of anyone claiming 1000mg of ALC in one capsule. It would either be crazy big cap, or questionable compounding. Anyway, thIs IS a great ALC and I will continue to order it
