I was on a hunt for a good strong vacuum pump. I like how I can use this for other vacuum bags. Very useful for the future for storage & travels. Good variety of size bag, quality is OK - you need to be careful handling them to prevent accidental tear.

I have used several different vacuum sealer bags and this system is by far the best! Some reviews had said the vacuum portion was too big for travel but I promise, it is not. I am a travel nurse and tend to collect a few extra clothing items in my travels and these vacuum bags are the absolute best travel items to help maximize space. I have used two small bags so far. One bag contains two hoodies (xl) and one fleece pajama pant (xl); the second bag contains a heavy weight one piece winter pajama onesie (Xl), and 20 pairs of socks (varying thickness and length but all for women's show size 10). Both bags sealed very flat, they do not feel like they are going to rip or tear, they are holding suction perfectly, and the ziplock closure worked amazingly!!!The vacuum device is definitely small enought to travel with, and the suction on it worked better for vacuum seal bags than my actual vacuum did on other bags. Overall, this system is amazing and if you travel enough, I highly recommend them for space saving. I travel with a clothing steamer also so the wrinkles and creases that are left behind from vacuum bags is no worry or bother for me. Two small bags freed up almost a 1/4 of my suitcase for more items. Also, you don't have to rush and fumble to get the cap back on the bag before air creeps back in, I did not read if it was a one way valve or not, but I was able to get the cap on easily without introducing any air. This is a must ha e product for travel!!

Extremely poor suction. The extension for use on other bags is worthless. The pump attaches to the bags from this company and I could only fit in half of what I could in a Space Bag. Even with their bags it took a long time to suction out the air and even then it didn't do well.Lesson learned...

I have gone through many deflators in the last few weeks and I finally found one that does the job.Even though I used it for medium size pillows to deflate, it went quickly, I would say less than five minutes.I highly recommend it. It works like a charm.

I bought this product for a trip. And the pump doesn’t get all the air out the bags. Not flatten things well. Avoid wasting your money.
