This book is amazing. It is very well organized (in a way that does not feel overwhelming). I truly appreciate the anatomy section. This is a great book , you can see that Marcel put a lot of effort, work and thought into this book. Everything you would need to know to draw is here. I came here from his Youtube videos which are equally amazing to his book. Definitely would recommend this 100%.

E' finalmente un manuale che non si limita a dire: "io lo disegno così, disegnalo così anche tu"; ma insegna veramente qualcosa. Ad esempio, io, finalmente, riesco a disegnare dei capelli decenti. Attenzione, il libro è completamente dedicato alla figura umana (ci sono anche le tavole con i muscoli) e mi sarebbe piaciuto anche qualcosa sugli sfondi, ma va già benissimo così. Io lo consiglio.

I've been a fan of the author's YouTube videos for a while, and when I heard about his book, I was beyond excited! It was originally only in German, but NOW it's available in English!! I love how the concepts are clearly explained, making it easy to follow along and practice on your own. Starting art later in life, I really appreciate a book that breaks things down simply. The rest is up to us to practice, of course! ;)
