In combination with our TimeMoto PC Plus software (available separately), the data can be exported via USB. The data on the device can be manually deleted after exporting (this is not done automatically).

Is the cloud service free for up to 10 users per device Or 10 users per cloud app? We will have multiple devices under 1 cloud app.

The TimeMoto Cloud Free Plan allows for up to 10 users per account (this is not dependent on how many devices you have connected). If you have more than 10 users that will be using this service, I would suggest the TimeMoto Cloud Essential or Plus Plan.

how can we monitor break times.. break in and out?

You would need the cloud app for on the go clicking in and out. I assume you mean for remote staff?
