My suicide knob does not rotate.
The ball on the suicide knob does not rotate. I don't think it has a bearing it. About it for use with my RV. I broke my arm over a year ago and I've just had it fixed and I can't drive a car or RV with out a suicide knob. The ball should rotate so that when you grab the steering wheel with it you can turn the steering wheel easier one handed.
