The robot does not move in all directions like the description. Also the motor for the arm does not work. The arm keeps locking up and won't move. Some of the screws were really hard to fit into the holes, so assembling it was difficult.

The parts are all very well packaged. All the hardware is bagged and labeled so it's super easy to find what you need. I found the aluminum parts are machined very nicely since everything fits together perfectly without any issues. It took a long time the first time. But this time I got the robot kit assembled in about an hour.I'd say most kids would really like this high-tech toy. They may need some parental help during installation, but can also try completing it independently since the manual has detailed illustrations and numbered steps. After all the parts are fully assembled, it's a great sense of achievement.
