Always been interested in the city of New York and had the good fortune to visit the city with my son in the early nineties. It came up to my expectations and more.I have quite a few books on New York and do refer to them from time to time. This book was a birthday present from my wife and it couldn't be better, the layout of each page and description of the photograph or sketch is just enough to explain everything,.short and to the point! Certainly would recommend this book to others. H Welsh
