This review is for the Electrolyte Watermelon variety of sheet mask. I chose this one because my all-time favorite skincare mask is a watermelon overnight treatment from another Korean beauty brand. I got great results from the Vitamasques sheet mask too - it's very hydrating and refreshing and leaves my skin feeling supple and smooth. It's a great pick-me-up at the end of the day, or a nice way to refresh skin before a night out. It leaves my skin a little sticky on its own, but I applied my usual moisturizer over it and it soaked right in. My only complaint is that the watermelon scent is very strong and a bit sweet for my tastes. The brand claims its products are all fragrance-free and made with clean ingredients so I'm sure it's a natural scent from the watermelon, but it still seemed like a very strong scent to me for something to be worn on the face for 20 minutes. If you love the smell of watermelon, then you'll probably enjoy this mask - maybe I'll try a different fruit next time!

These are straightforward, basic sheet masks. Each one arrives fully soaked in serum, a liquid that is heavily scented with a fresh, clean smell. It doesn’t really smell like watermelon fruit to me, but it reminds me of what watermelon perfumes try to smell like.After I use one of these masks, my skin looks less dry, perhaps even ‘dewy’. The effect doesn’t last for more than a few hours, but it’s a little boost and a refreshing way to start the morning or wind down in the evening.I wouldn’t say these are life-changing masks, but they feel nice and if used for an extended period of time, I think skin could see improvement. At least the price is right - each order comes with seven masks, so at this time each mask is only two dollars and change, which is not bad at all.

This watermelon face sheet mask did have a slight smell of watermelon when it first went on. But I found that the scent dissipated rather quickly. Which was disappointing as I would’ve loved to continue smelling it. This mask did unfold OK and the mask was of decent thickness. There was enough serum on it but I don’t feel it was as moisturizing as some other masks I have used in the past. with the extra serum that was in the pouch I rubbed it down onto my neck and decoupage. I also had enough to do my hands and lower arms. After 20 minutes I removed the mask and rubbed around what was left on my face. It was very sticky tacky for quite awhile. This mask is supposed to plump and hydrate. It is also vegan and biodegradable. I usually do masks at night but this one I did in the afternoon. Next time it will be night time for sure.
