Safety shoes
Very light and comfortable. Walked through a few big puddles over the weekend. Feet still nice and dry. Would recommend.

Comfy
Without a doubt the most comfy safety trainers I've owned. I walk around 7 miles a day with work so comfort and waterproof is key. I did spray an extra coat on them but I can say my feet stay dry in the rain.BUT.... the soles are not great in damp conditions . I pull a pallet around the streets and have slipped more than a few times. For summer dry use, yes.

Exceeded my expectations. Really good quality and nice design.
AI recently purchased these safety trainers and they have exceeded all my expectations as I've said in the title. Here's why they are a five-star choice:Water Resistance: The dual waterproof membrane and coating is a standout feature. I've walked through rain and puddles, and my feet stayed completely dry. This level of water resistance in work shoes is impressive and highly effective.Protection and Safety: The composite toe and puncture-proof midsoles offer excellent protection. I work in an environment with potential hazards, and these shoes have given me peace of mind. The metal-free toe cap is an added bonus, making them suitable for various work situations. Plus, they meet the ASTM F2413-18 standard, which assures their quality and safety.Fashionable and Casual Design: These aren't your typical bulky safety shoes. Their stylish design makes them suitable for daily wear, and I can easily pair them with different outfits. It's rare to find safety shoes that also look this good.Comfort and Lightweight: The comfort these trainers provide is phenomenal. They are made with soft and light materials, significantly reducing foot fatigue. I can wear them all day at work without any discomfort.Maintenance: The recommendation to use wipes for cleaning instead of a washing machine is helpful and ensures the longevity and effectiveness of the water-resistant features. It's a simple yet effective way to maintain these shoes.Breathable Yet Waterproof: The design choice of using a waterproof membrane and coating, instead of a waterproof sock, keeps my feet comfortable and dry without overheating. It's a smart balance between waterproofing and breathability, which is essential in work shoes.SummaryThese safety trainers are a perfect blend of style, comfort, and protection. Their water-resistant features, along with the fashion-forward design, make them versatile for various work environments and casual settings. The comfort and lightweight feel add to their overall appeal. If you're looking for reliable, stylish, and comfortable safety footwear, these trainers are the way to go. Highly recommended for anyone in need of protective yet comfortable work shoes!

Great pair of safety shoes that look and feel like a good pair of trainers for a reasonable price
โThese are a very smart and lightweight pair of safety trainers that feel great on your feet and provide a good waterproof barrier when you are out and about in wet conditions. At home we have a driveway made of concrete with a slick resin coating, and it's really easy to slip on when the ground is damp. With these shoes on, I had no sensation of my feet being about to slip from beneath me (unlike when wearing smoother shoes) so I'm very happy with the grip element of the specification.Just to get terminology straight, to me (and to the rest of the Internet) "insoles" are the part of the shoe that sits inside the shoe on top of the sole and which your foot sits on. These shoes are advertised as having "puncture proof insoles" - they don't. The soles themselves (I.e. the bits that touch the ground) are puncture proof, in that I couldn't easily get a nail to go through them. The insoles, though, let nails through with no problem at all. I suspect this is just an example of misuse of language, since I can't come up with a good reason for making the insole puncture proof! The reason I tried the puncture proofing is because, even though the shoe comes with a good quality insole (which I think is either gel or foam), I suffer from plantar fasciitis, which means I need an insole with a builtup arch, good gel padding under the heel, and a "cup" into which your heel can fit and keeps your foot from over-pronation. If these shoes' puncture proofing came from the insole, I wouldn't be at liberty to discard the provided insole and replace with a "proper" medical one. As it was, I have replaced the provided insole and the shoes are now puncture proof, extremely comfortable, and also good for my feet!I'm really happy with these shoes and can confidently recommend them to anybody - great shoes for a great price.

Surprisingly comfortable
The safety shoes are actually very comfortable. My main work boots are composite toe and I have really come to love the lighter weight and the fact that they don't get as cold. These shoes are built quite well. They aren't mesh like I thought, I should've paid attention to the waterproof claim to know they weren't mesh. I would have preferred that for warm weather where I wear these. The fit is pretty close, maybe a bit wide but that could be because I don't have the fully broken in yet.One note though, if you have a work that inspects your safety shoes like I do, these don't have any markings for the safety rating. The listing claims they meet ASTM F2413-18 but there is nothing to prove it. If that is necessary for what you are buying these for you'll need to look elsewhere.

They are not chef boots
Wore them to work and slipped all over the floor. Good thing I had my doubts and brought my old shoes with me. If you work in a kitchen environment, do not buy. They may be best for the construction site or hiking. Dis appointed cause I really loved the look of these shoes. Really wish they would have worked out,

Not non slip
They are not non slip in fact they are extra slippery. Ill slip just walking down the dry street or side walk. Dont buy if you want non slip or any grip. Especially dont buy if you work on roofs.Otherwise they're hold up pretty well.
