I have purchased two prior phablets from this manufacturer and they have been great. This one not so much. My intended purpose for this product was to be able to utilize my T-Mobile sim card, as it's advertised as 4 LTE compatible. The reason I am a return customer is because I was able to use the stated sim cards in the two prior purchases and they worked great. I bought this one thinking its a newer model and should be even better. Well the tablet seems to perform OK with the updated Andriod 12 features and really nice looking case my sole purpose was to use it as a phablet. It will not read the T-mobile card and is pretty much useless for my intended use. With my sim card it reads "E" and will not connect to T-mobile. The older models worked just fine. It's a bummer they don't anymore.

I've tried everything but to no avail the wifi disconnects at random all the time. When you got to "internet switch", it shows phone sim and an empty wifi list! You constantly are needing to touch airplane mode, on/off, then connection returns. So far NO FIX!If not forbthis important function issue it might be 5 star, but BECAUSE of this I would only give 1 star!None of the other devices have this issue! 2 cell phones and 3 other tablets all stay connected!

The build quality of this Vasoun Tab 13 seems reasonable; it also looks good, but expect something other than an iPad build. The setup was easy; I had it up and running in minutes.The kit comes with a charger, cord, manual, and case. The case is OK, but I wouldn't say I liked the built-in stand; nonetheless, it came with a case.I do like the specs of this tablet for the price.There is a good amount of RAM at 6GB (although my system info app reports 8GB) and 128GB of storage.Granted, the processor is more entry-level, with a 12nm Tiger T616 (two fast A75 cores and six efficient A55 cores). Performance is OK, on par with other value tablets.The 10.5" screen is a very acceptable 1920 x 1200 at 225ppi and looks OK. An ARM Mali G57MP1 GPU supports it. The touch screen works well, with haptic feedback.The rear camera is 13MP with 4160x3120 resolution, and the front camera is 5MP at 2592x1944 resolution. Video will do 720p and 1080p. Although, I've seen better pictures from other devices.There's Bluetooth, 802.11ac/Wifi 5 for connectivity, and the device supports SIMs to enable the built-in 4G LTE modem.The 8000mAh battery seems adequate; it stays charged for days on standby, and battery performance seems fine for general use.This tablet is suitable for general browsing, low-level gaming, and general office application use at a reasonable price!

We didn’t want to invest too much cash into another tablet because we have plenty of laptops and desktops in the house and we just needed something for a certain family member to play some games on.This was very easy to set up and even has the capacity to clone or copy data and set-up information from another device. It arrived at 75% battery capacity and ran continuously for about 6 hours before preparing for shutdown when it reached 15%. We have since charged it up to 100% and it has been running for at least 8 hours and is till at 28% battery life.It plays videos and online content very well with – so far – no glitches or stuttering. We do run off of a strong home wi-fi system so I will concede that results may vary depending upon your connection.Camera seems to work very well for photos and videos. Colors are true to life. Memory space at 128 GBs leaves you with plenty of room for your favorite videos, pix, and docs.The 6 GB ram capacity is plenty for the uses we have for it. The ability to bump that up to 12 GB through ram extension (via a not included card) makes it all the better for those who need all that extra capacity.The tablet is very thin and light and comes with an attached leather cover for added protection.It comes with a USB-C to USB-A cable. You’ll need to acquire a USB-C to USB-C to do full fast device to device transfers.The included instructions are pretty skimpy but, if you are familiar with the Android 12 operating system, it should be fairly intuitive to start using immediately. There are plenty of settings to choose from (such as time out and passwords) to customize the tablet to your personal preferences.We have been very impressed with the fast response times and overall speed, too.You could pay hundreds of dollars more for a tablet with lot of bells and whistles but, for a basic device, this is a great bargain. We were only looking for a basic tablet and this has met all of our hopes at that level.
