Not great for back hair but can be used up to 5 times each if you do have it. They connect to the tens machine well, stay sticky on clean, dry, and hairless skin. Please recycle your used pads at a certified recycling center.

Was expecting the larger rectangle to be a solid piece rather than two squares attached with a pice of fabric. Over all works great on bad back days, easier to cover the troubled areas.

First time using this size tens pads but long time tens 7000 user. Coverage area is great, I used the pads on my low back, buttocks, and hip area avoiding bone and spine. The adhesive was sketchy from first use. It looked extremely sticky and even irritated my skin upon first use, but I did a longer duration session instead of testing out the waters first. I continued using them but for a shorter duration for a week or two to try out the adhesive.I made sure to apply the pads to freshly cleaned skin, and lightly moistened the pad with plain water when it appeared noticeably dry before storing. I also wiped the plastic backings and kept everything concealed in the plastic bag that came with the set of 2 sizes of large coverage tens pads.The adhesive was sliding off the backing on one large square. It was not attached to the backing on the corners of another pad. The adhesive on these appears bubbly as soon as you open them and look at the brand new package excited for the relief they are about to provide - and you are disappointed with the sloppy adhesive, peeling off corners adhesive, and inconsistency in adhesive stickiness and adhesion to the skin.This product has major potential if they can get the adhesive fixed and stay consistent. I enjoyed having this size and quantity of pads in my tens zip pouch. I ended up returning them after I realized they wouldn’t hold up for a handful of uses each and that the adhesive was literally sliding off and could have been sliding off my back causing an issue while in use.

Good product and last long time

No matter what setting you put on your TENS machine the flat twin 4x4 double pads still give you shocking/buzzing feedback rather then only the selected tens option. The other pads are slightly better but had random pop/jolts when I would turn the tens unit on and seemed more powerful on one side than the other. I think that these are of poor performance, a not well thought out design and are dangerously painful, annoying, a waste of money and shouldn't be allowed to be sold on here until they fix this issue. It's so bad! Very disappointed.

I have frequent lower back pain and sciatic problems from a fall down a flight of concrete steps...also have failing kidneys and I refuse to go on dialysis so I often have days where I can't go pee...I've been using a TENS unit I got from a local drugstore with small electrode pads. I've had limited success with that...UNTIL I got these larger pads..I was having a bad day with my lower back really hurting and loss of control of my legs causing me to fall down several times...this is normal for me after the fall a few years ago...so I immediately put one of the larger butterfly pads on my back, attached bit to my TENS unit and turned it all the way up..that's how I was getting some relief using the small pads so I assumed I should do the same w the bigger pad....DON'T DO THAT....I got such a jolt that my feet shot straight up off the floor w my legs both sticking out in front of me....I almost fell out of my chair!!! WOW...I wasn't prepared for that...so I turned it down to level 6...my unit goes to level 12...this was much better...after 10 minutes, my back pain was GONE and I had to almost run to the bathroom to pee!! That's a huge thing when I'm used to not being able to pee when my kidneys are hurting me...I dont know how or why the TENS unit works to kick start my kidneys when my drs say it doesn't work like that...BUT IT WORKS FOR ME!!! These pads are sooooo much more effective than the small ones that come with most tens units! I've only had these since yesterday and have only used ONE pad, haven't hooked up 2 yet because just one covers most of my lower back/kidney area..for reference, I'm kinda on the small side, I'm tall but not very "wide"... A bit over 5 ft 8 in and weigh approx 120-125.....a larger person might need 2 pads to cover their painful areas, but I am very happy with the results I got from just the one. Also worth noting, my tens unit is preset to only allow 20minute sessions before it shuts off..idk if that's how other units operate, but I was having to keep turning mine back on to get an hour long session before I would get any pain relief. Now I am shutting it off after 12 minutes and my pain is literally GONE...TOTALLY GONE!!! If you have back pain, I definitely recommend getting these pads!!! Just start at a lower level on your TENS unit instead of maxing it to the highest level like I did!!! I should probably put some kind of warning on this to make sure y'all know I am no expert or anything so here goes: I am not a medical professional of any type, I have ZERO scientific explanation as to why this product gave me such amazing results!!! I am only a 49 yr old woman with severe back pain problems so use your own judgment and be sure to talk to your own drs before you follow any of my advice!!!! One additional warning: these pads are EXTREMELY STICKY, so if you are a hairy type person, it might hurt when removing them...I felt some minor pulling on my skin when I took it off my back but no more so than removing a band aid.
