It's a good steamer. Little bummed it only had an hour at a time. But its easy to use and clean. Good value.

Will definitely give a five start!Easy setup. With useful timer/delay function.Not leaking water. There are some brands which have design defect and will leak water while steaming. This one doesn't.One suggestion: For timer setup, it will be easier to have an option of delay 12 hours. Instead of requiring to set start time. That way, when we unplug the steam and plug it back in, we won't need to set current time again in order to use the delay function.

I use the steamer just about every day. It’s easy and fast and my vegetables have never tasted better.

My husband and I love this steamer! It has made cooking corn on the cob, carrots, and asparagus so much easier. I don't have to babysit a pot on the stove! It keeps the veggies nice and warm through out dinner too.

This product is falsely positioned as a rice steamer - it technically can steam rice, but does not come with any sort of rice container so you need to find your own dish to cook it in. I cooked mine in a bowl and it steamed well, but this is false advertising.I like the compactability of the steamer, but with no rice bowl and a somewhat kludgy interface, I will likely go through the hassle to take it back. I wish the manufacturer would just have a bowl add-on. Wanted to share in case you have a primary purpose to cook rice like I do.Update: the seller reached out, I asked if they would change the advertisement to be accurate (just mentioning a rice bowl was not included. They told me thanks for the advice and have a nice life, so it seems like maybe they prefer the false advertising. I won’t be purchasing from this brand again.
