ZWILLING Motion Hard Anodized 11 x 11-inch Aluminum Nonstick Square Griddle

We already have a complete set of the ZWILLING Motion Hard Anodized pans, which we've owned for 3 or 4 years now. We use this 5at pan a lot and probably due to some in our family not adhering to using only plastic or wooden utensils when cooking, it had gotten beat up (No fault of Zwilling). So, I was happy to find that I could buy a replacement here on Amazon. It came the other day, good as new and a perfect match for original set. Came w/a brand new lid as well. I'd recommend Zwilling pots and pans. I'd say they are very good mid-range set.

Really like this skillet. Purchased it for making pancakes, but now I use it for chicken, burgers and more. Cleans up easy by hand or in the dishwasher as promised.

Recently purchased the set for my wife, she was having trouble with the weight and handles becoming hot of the other set used (cast-iron). First meals prepared were the typical stick to the pan preps, eggs, cheese sandwiches, and my favorite mash potatoes fried making hash browns. With minimal cooking oil or butter the results are browning with zero sticking. The gas cook top produces a even heat, handles stay cool and the lids fit like they should. Clean up is a snap.

Excelente compra ,se puede cocinar todo y sin pegar las comidas , me encantaron. solo hubo un detalle con un sartén ( venía un poco raspado de una orilla ) pero aún así estoy feliz 🙃

The size is perfect, quality is excellent and it's easy to cook with and clean. Definitely a worthwhile purchase. My wife and I cook a lot with this and are very happ with it's performance.
