Design: Klaus Haapaniemi The strong decorative style of the Taika series may surprise those who are used to seeing Iittala representing traditional Nordic functionality and simple design forms. To counterbalance the exuberance of the decoration, the design adopted for the pieces in the Taika series is that of Heikki Orvola?s Aika with its classic, clean lines, which was launched 2006. Taika adds a distinctive alternative to the Iittala range, taking further the concept of mix and match. The Taika objects are available in two colour schemes which both mix well with for example the new Iittala colours, sand and ultramarine. Taika is a simple way to bring a touch of magic to any home, and add a little joy to everyday life. Vitreous China dishwasher safe, oven safe, microwave safe, freezer safe

Perfect
Item exactly as advertised. It arrived very quickly and was very well packed. Bought this item to place bone that I managed to drop on a tiled floor. Colour matches previous one perfectly.

Iittala Taika blue cup & saucer
Very pretty, and excellent quality. Will make an excellent present - although I bought it for myself, love the design.

not true to colour
Great cups but unfortunately not as advertised. The blue colour is actually white. Disappointed with the lack of response from seller too

Three Stars
Lovely design but a little small for a cappuccino.

Lovely china
This is a lovely cup to use, the china is beautifully painted. It is a cup not a mug, and I think you really need the saucer to go with it.
