So cute
Just breathe to the light. You can clear your mind and not have to count seconds. Just breathe. Different modes are nice. Recharges pretty quick

I'm VERY HAPPY with this... Relaxing and gently engaging for ALL ages!!
I bought this for a grandchild who sometimes has a little anxiety going to sleep, thinking about being ready for school the next morning. She is in elementary school and instantly fell in love with this!! She squeezes it and really loves "the personality?" of it. It is very soft and colorful and is easy to breathe along with. She enjoys it like a fun little toy she takes to bed but I plan on getting one more here!! It really helps you push out thoughts and relax into breathing as you watch it change colors for inhaling and exhaling. I think it is based on good breathing techniques (a few choices) and is a great product! I wasn't sure, but for the amount she uses it and enjoys it, it turned out to be a great value for the money.

Great for routines and for emotional control
This works great for my students. We use it as part of our whole group calm down routine. Day 4 and I get them started and then they follow the bears cues while I pull up an activity or deal with a behavior. At our holiday party, I was pulling up a video and I could hear my children breathing with the bear. My Austistic student sqeezes it to calm himself. It is the only that works some days. My mom is buying us another bear because we need more than 1.

Cute nightlight, we like the different breathing patterns!
We've been really happy with this color-changing light. It's been a nice way to encourage my kids to practice conscious, mindful breathing, even though they don't really like to spend time doing that. I made sure to introduce it in a totally non "big deal" way, and as a nightlight, so that's what we use it for a lot.I, personally, love it because it has *three* different breathing modes!!! That's so fantastic--AND the patterns are on the bottom, so you don't have to, you know, try and remember how many times to tap it, etc.My only "meh" is that I wish some of the color changes weren't so abrupt. I like how the lights will brighten slowly on an inhale, but I don't like how it suddenly switches off and starts the slow glow up again for the exhale--I feel like it would be super nice to have it be slow up, slow fade down.Otherwise, totally happy with this, and I've recommended it to several other people!

game-changer in my daily routine
This little Breathing Pal is a game-changer in my daily routine, and I can't recommend it enough. This cute, squishy bear has become a permanent fixture on my desk, and it's been a real help in keeping me on track at work. This little bear has three breathing modes, each designed for recommended uses. For me, the 4-4-4-4 mode is the winner, supercharging my concentration during tasks. What amazes me the most is how the color and brightness perfectly sync with my breathing, making the exercise incredibly smooth. It's like having a personal mindfulness coach right there when I need it. The bear's soft, squeezable silicone material is a joy to hold, and you can give it a good squeeze without worrying about wear and tear. Plus, that adorable bear face adds a touch of warmth to any space. You'll love how easy it is to use, thanks to the clear instructions on the bottom. And here's the bonus: it's not just for grown-ups. My 6-year-old son is also a fan. It helps him unwind before bedtime, making it a fantastic tool for introducing mindfulness to kids. In fact, I might just grab a hippo version to avoid any sharing tiffs.

Wonderful gift
I sent this to my granddaughter who is in her second year of medical school. It is very stressful studying and this reminds her to breathe and relax once in awhile!!
