McCulloch ROB 600 Robotic Lawn Mower, UK and EU plug, 18 V, Up to 600 m sq

The media could not be loaded. I've made a lot of research and bought the Mcculloch ROB 600 Robotic Lawn Mower on a very good price. It arrived well packaged with everything inside. The set up is time consuming, but it's straight forward. There 150m of boundary wire, which was enough for my garden (it's around 350sqm of lawn), but it may not be enough for larger ones. However I had to buy more pegs as supplied 200 wasn't enough for me.It has an easy run configuration. There is a setting in which days and what time (two time zones) it should be run. If your garden has two levels then you can use manual configuration to run it.I've been using it for almost 2 months now and it's great. My garden has irregular shape with two levels, but doesn't have many holes or too steep angles. If you run it a first time the robotic lawn mawer may stuck in such spots, just correct it or use boundry wire to omit it.It's also save if you have any animals. We have two cats and they initially check out what is it, but if lawn mare would hit them accidentaly then it would just stop and turn to different direction. It also has a PIN required to run it and will stop running when being picked up.I am really happy with the purchase, it's very effective, silent and waterproof (it should be stored somewhere for the winter). I did build a small shed for it tough.

Big thanks to the guy who posted saying this was the same as a Husqvarna! It most definitely is! I couldn’t justify price of the Husqvarna, not only is it more expensive they also charge for fitting kit... total of approx 800 compared to the 550 with this. Set up straight forward, and so far so good ‘Larry has gone about his business well and the lawn I expect will look great in a few months!

Bought this last year (at a low price because 'used', though you'd hardly know it) for my front garden after a happy experience with a Flymo cutting the back lawn - they seem to be the same machine , just with extra wire and more pegs for a larger area, and a different casing - and I've been equally happy with it so far.I've sprayed it matt olive so it's less visible and run it mostly at night. Copes well with rain and dew. With the long dry spell last summer it would have been better perhaps to have had it set to the maximum cutting height.

Can't comment on the mower yet haven't had it long enough. I was unhappy there was no installation manual in English although I was supplied with them in French, German, Spanish, Dutch and Italian. The supplier claims that for this product, the manufacturer only provides manuals as per original country of delivery. I live in the UK!!!! I don't want to waste time, paper and ink printing off a manual from the internet.

I use the item in Germany, it works great.The power plug is made for german standard Power socket, but you can use it in UK with an adapter (for a small price).The mower will be manufactured by Husqvarna and sold with McCulloch label. It's 100% husqvarna inside.

Had Rob 600 for a year now ... Very pleased, this little beauty replaced a sit on lawn mower. Has now been back out this season working perfectly.

Not happy. Despite the Amazon site very clearly stating it is supplied with a UK and EU plug, it came with an EU plug only. The instructions were supplied in Dutch, German, French, Italian and Spanish. None of which I understand well enough to interpret the instructions. Called Amazon and they will supply an adaptor. Internet provided an English version of the instructions. As to how well it performs, no idea. Can’t charge it yet.

Abslolutrly love this. Taken a while before I fitted as the base was damaged upon arrival but the company sorted no problems. Made my life so much easier being disabled. Garden looks brilliant!!
