It seems that I have one leg longer than the other. We're not sure how much that is playing into the pain and stiffness in my lower back, but it sure isn't helping any! These were easily separated and they stay put in my shoe without "sticking" them to the sole so that I can move them from one pair or another. Of course, they work best in sneakers and pumps and not at all in flip flops or sandals, as I expected. you cannot transfer from shoe to shoe because of how sticky. so i put the protective film back on. made me about half an inch to three quarters of an inch taller i think. plus platforms made me taller. these are great for helping with my dysphoric moments.

Raises your heel only. Does nothing more. It's shorter than I thought it would be, so this makes for an uncomfortable transition from heel to center of foot.
