The product is absolutely incredible for £60-£70. I do not build stuff at all, but I built this chair super easy to assembly, comes with everything and instructions are easy. it is super comfy and everything I expect from an affordable chair, yes there is some quality issues but they are extremely minor to the point I didn't even make a mental note of them but a gaming chair should be like £200 so this is a very very good product for what you pay! The back support is good. it has a cushions for your back and neck. It looks very good and I would recommend it.

Wow! Absolutely perfect for my teenage boys. Comfy, different height settings. Different back settings. 2 cushions for head and for Back support. Fits under their desk also. Great value for money. Took 30mins to put together. Easy instructions tool included. Would highly recommend

Good chair, I have had to tighten up the arms a few times but my daughter does keep putting her legs up on them, other than that it’s a good chair and looks pretty

I've now had this chair for about 8 months, and within a couple of weeks the arm decided to come apart internally so now if just leans over and then today one of the holders for the casters has decided to snap completely off. So I now have 4 casters and this has made the chair unstable and I have to go and find a base that is built properly, and not made out of whatever this monkey metal is.*EDIT* I contacted the vendor and they have responded very quickly and offered to replace the leg for free. I must say that it's very reassuring to have such a quick and helpful response. After looking at the rest of the legs it seems that this one leg was an anomaly as the others are perfectly fine.

Have been using this for a while now, it is comfy, holds my back and it looks great in my office.

So far has been a good chair. Only had it a few weeks and it creeks. But the main reason I give 3 stars is because no matter how I adjust the seat and back I cannot get I to sit in the middle and so the pattern always looks crooked
