Beautiful results
This pan makes a beautiful cake. Just make sure if you pour a glaze over it that the glaze is thin enough to still show off the details. Money well spent.

I wanted a well defined cake
The cake was well defined...after placing the batter, I sat the pan on a doubled over towel and gently tapped the pan several times to get any air bubbles...by using a premium baking spray and brushing the pan thoroughly, clean up and no sticking, got a beautiful cake

Beautiful pan
So much detail in the pan, makes for a beautiful pesentation. Of course it takes a bit to prepare the pan - I prefer to do it manually and not with spray but once done, the cake just slides right out.

Another great NW pan
Nordic ware always puts out a great product. This is a cast aluminum pan with lots of detail. If you are making a lemon or orange cake, this will be perfect for you. I have a fuzzy navel cake in mind for it. Looking forward to using it.

Außergewöhnlich schöner Kuchen
Mal was anderes wie die schnöden Alltagsformen. Kuchen lässt sich gut aus der Form nehmen, abkühlzeit beachten. Versuchen es mal mit Wachelpudding oder Götterspeise.
