Flashforge 3D Printer Parts Flexible Build Plate Kit for Guider 2 Series Upgraded Print Platform

This should come standard on every 3d printer. Part removal is now very easy, you just pull the entire print surface out, let it cool, bend the plate slightly to lift the print edges, and the thinnest of parts pop right off. The fixed plate that came with the printer would sometimes require literally hammering the part to lift an edge, which ruins the precision of the machine, and requires constant recalibration. I now have two of these so I can have almost zero downtime between machine runs, it is the best upgrade available for a Flashforge Guider 2.

Highly recommended upgrade for your Flashforge Guider 2. One can easily remove the adhesive build surface on the stock bed and install the magnetic surface in less than 30 minutes. Watch a YouTube video if needed. You're still going to want to use glue stick with this because it's the same grippy surface, but being able to quickly remove the entire plate and then lightly flex the surface will make life much better if you own the Guider 2. If you can get a PEI version, I would opt for that instead but they're extremely though to find from what I've recently discovered.-See attached video where I just completed installing the new part.-I no longer use rafts on my prints as long as I'm using glue stick before starting a print.-It will be EXTREMELY important to do a complete bed level and z-calibration after installation since the thickness of this compared to the stock surface on glass is very different for the nozzle clearance.

The part seems to work pretty good on my printer small parts. It doesn’t work that well without bending it and messing it up the part was damaged by Amazon before it was shipped Bent corner.

I used to struggle with large part warping and had to scrap a 5 hour print project.After installing the magnetic build plate, 1 class printing.Clean edges and smooth outside finishes. I recommend this upgrade.

If you use a FlashForge printer Guider 2 or 2s, this is a must. I use two of these plates so that I can rapidly change from a completed printed item to a new plate ready for the next print.
