Badly written, badly edited, Badly produced. Random page breaks, random numbers in the text random childish comments. Absolutely no sense of Steely Dan's qualities or significance and Absolutely no joy. Sad really

Never ever have seen a book offered that is so poorly written and incomprehensible, I really cannot believe it is legal. WHO published this? How could the author call herself a writer? How could Amazon carry this in good faith? Unprofessional, not proofread, poorly printed and assembled…I feel like I’ve been duped.

DO NOT buy this book. It is the WORST book I have ever read. It reads like it was written by a high school dropout. Not only that, but it looks like the "writer" read a bunch of articles about Steely Dan and slapped it all together into this "book". This "book" has multiple typos and the timeline of the band is all screwed up. The "writer" doesn't even know which songs are on which albums, claiming the song "Throw Out Your Gold Teeth" is on the album "The Royal Scam". DO NOT buy this book...! This book does NOT deserve a single "star" but I had to give it one to get the review posted...
