Es excelente para ir fomentando el fortalecimiento de los músculos de la pierna y cadera. Lo más que me gusta es que con la variedad de resistencias que trae el paquete, puedo ir llevando a cabo el proceso aumentando gradualmente las resistencias, y en consecuencia, la fuerza muscular.El producto es bien manejable. Las tiras son finitas, pero anchas, suaves al tacto y lo suficientemente largas para hacer varios tipos de ejercicios. Las recomiendo. (No tengo fotos ni vídeos).

This product is perfect. It helps me to stretch. I have arthritis and need to stretch. These bands are also perfect for toning your body, your arms, your legs, and getting rid of those love handles. There are different levels of strength in the bands, so as you try them, you may find it easier to use the light weights at first and gradually go into the heavier weight stretching bands. They're perfect. Give them a try.

Bought these after shoulder surgery. The bands are different resistance and worked well for physical therapy. Knocked one star off as one did snap after a few months.

Work great for my home physical therapy. I liked the various resistant levels of each. My only problem was trying to find a good place to tie them down and leave it alone for next exercise so my wife does not get after me! lol I tied them to the arm of my treadmill and am very happy as my wife is too...lol.
