Good scaner and easy to use

It does what they say and works Well. It can Accurately read transmission oil temp on my 2015 Toyota Rav4 Live and even graft it while you drive to see what is going on. Easy Wi-Fi updates and Will also allow you to enter Body control Module to Pair new key remote and Immobilizer Chip. and a ton of bi-directional controls with onboard components. Also Contacted Tech Support for question via emails and got Prompt Response. Highly Recommend and at this Price point was a Bargain. Highly recommended

This scanner has been great so far! - I have several, from $10 dongle/phone app, small cheap $50 one brand unit, to top line full-feature ($1,500+) scanners - this one so far might become the go-to tool. It connects very quickly, scans the VIN and then the systems very fast compared to the others I have.First use was verifying a used car we were looking at - pulled up an evap code that would have made it fail inspection in our state - we bought the car after the seller had it repaired - saved us $900 in parts, and saved me 6 hours under a car!Now, these days I'm pretty much a higher-end 'backyard' guy, but I ran shops for over 20 years, so I can apreciate a good tool.Next up troubleshooting a van with no heat - I was able to easily get into live data and read the temp. sensors.Now a big one - a late-model BMW, I just plugged in to test the unit's control functions WOW! it revealed hidden codes for a few issues I have had the car back to the dealer for several times!!! - And they claim every time 'nothin is wrong' To the point I'm ready to Lemon-Law the thing! Now, I have proof there IS something wrong that they either didn't LOOK for, or just didn't want to deal with. (these are all software issues within the car's systems)This unit, while being very thorough, is fairly compact, makes it easy to take along with me to look at cars that I have to travel for (the last two were 6 and 8 hour one-way trips and a couple times a year I'll fly out)Very solid feel - and so far I'm more than satisfied with Kingbolen's customer service! - They have been very responsive and helpful with issues and questions.I'm very happy with this purchase!

This tablet can be a little confusing, but it definitely does A lot works well.

The media could not be loaded. Great product, very easy to use with fluid software. There was no lagging or issues everything transitioned and worked perfectly. Reading and testing vehicles of any variety. This is a very useful tool to change parameters of the vehicle, like tire pressure monitoring, and things of that nature. Able to check and erase any type of diagnostic trouble code as well as test things like fuel system issues. I found it perfect for my jeep as it also helps straighten the steering wheel when we make changes in our suspension. It came with a variety of adapters for just about any type of vehicle and application You would need as well as a very nice case to carry everything. The huge display monitor is easy to see and very easy to use. The touchscreen works flawlessly. This would be a great tool for a shop, or even a home mechanic like myself that works on a variety of vehicles. This will be very useful very often, and will pretty much pay for itself not having to inquire mechanic charges, which are now reaching $150 an hour. Connectivity to the Wi-Fi was very easy, once I did that I went through and updated everything which took a couple of hours which is no different than when you get a new cell phone or something of that nature that has not been connected but once that was done, the updates are minimal and quick thereafter. This product will work on diesels and gasoline vehicles, which is very useful for the home mechanic or a shop since most of us own a diesel truck, as well as a car or other regular vehicles. We tested this out on an 09 Silverado diesel, a 2011 Ford diesel, as well as an 09 Mitsubishi Galant, and even a jeep wrangler all of which gave us great information and erased any old lingering trouble codes. Great price on this product with most of the high-end competitors coming in at twice the price or more it gives great value on a comparative product. You also have the ability to hook up different accessories to this available at additional purchase like an endoscope for checking inside of the motor or anywhere you might need that. Very great and useful tool. With Bidirectional functionality, you do not need to tear things apart they can be tested electronically like opening and closing of the sunroof and things of that nature. Very impressed with this and look forward to keeping things in running order very easily now.

Not sure if i provided a review or not but, initially this unit worked fine after getting it set up. I got the unit sometime mid December 2024. I have used maybe not more than 8 times. Everything is up to date. But 3-days ago, i needed to use it for my car and when i got everything plugged in, the screen asked me me that i have to activate my unit (again?) so i input the information that came with the unit on the paper card and the unit says the activation code is invalid? I emailed this company multiple of times already and went through Amazon Tech support where they emailed the MFG as well. It's been 48hrs since amazon emailed them and I do not see any messages yet. Its been about 96 hours since i emailed them and still nothing. I went on their "facebook" page and there's 3, and its all an advertisement garb. I'm thinking these guys or company are a fraud. I'm will update if anything happens with my issue. At the current time, i would be hesitant to buy from this MFG.
