Yes, some of us still have landlines! The set that I had was about 20 years old and the batteries kept dying. Almost everything about this phone is great. Love how it actually 'speaks' to tell you who is calling. Most of the instructions are pretty specific. The only thing I would change is the ring tone. There are approximately 7 tones to choose from but none of them actually sound like a phone to me. Love that I can use this on speaker (doing dishes or dusting while chatting). Price was prefect, great size, and no problem with reception. I set a different tone for the handset in my bedroom. So easy to read!

The phone quality is pretty good they definitely don’t feel cheap. Amazing value for the price. Ring tone is loud and the name saying feature of the person is great to. The bright is good I can see it in the sunlight. It also has spam protection so haven’t received much spam calls.

This is my second purchase of this phone. My first purchase was over five years ago, and I had to order another one. I dropped it too many times, and two of the phones lost the speaker capability. So, this time, I decided to get the warranty. The phone is easy to use, and it serves its purpose.

It was time to replace my cordless phones after more than 12 years of service. After looking through the options, this cordless phone model with an answering machine base and two extra satellite phones looked perfect! I wanted to stay with Panasonic after so many years of good service with my previous cordless phones. It was easy to set up although I did enlist my son's help because this is not my area of expertise. I love the features including a speaker phone and a call block option! It was easy to change the time when we moved the clocks back a week ago. I am really enjoying my new Panasonic cordless phone set!

Great unit & good value for the money & works as should & good features too !

had an old Panasonic phone so this was an easy transition. There's a lot to like about this particular model. Expandable and a feature set thats great. The call blocking is what I've wanted for a looong time and it's BIG. The voice and sound is outstanding, the answering system is easy and clear. I'm a big fan and sorta glad the old one died finally lol. Only niggle is the batteries that came with it were 300Ma and that's too small so I ordered some Eneloop Panasonic BK-4HCCA6BA pro AAA High-Capacity Ni-MH Pre-Charged Rechargeable Batteries which are 980Ma (and more $) and well worth getting. Great phone and it even looks good.

We used a similar Panasonic phone set for more than 10 years, and the phones were easy to use, uncomplicated and worked well. However, it was time to replace them. We purchased this phone set expecting the same good quality and ease of use like the earlier purchase. The new phones came with an instruction book that when opened made us laugh. Talk about a mountain of new features. We were overwhelmed and confused often. We didn't realize the complexity of today's communication environment. To use each feature one must enter a code for it to work. We like the Block Call feature, but we really don't expect to need or want the majority of the other features. We found that each phone in the new set has a problem with the speaker volume. When you answer a call the speaker's voice is barely audible even with the volume set to maximum. When we receive a call now we always have to use the speaker phone setting to hear the person. Even then, we experience some audio distortion that makes it difficult to clearly hear the speaker. The keys are large and light in the dark which is most helpful. If a lot of features are important to you, and your hearing is really good then this is the phone for you.
