This toilet is the sh!t !
The media could not be loaded. So, I chanced upon this toilet because I was looking for most space saving design for an elongated bowl because of the tiny half bath it is installed in. I also loved the modern look of this unit and I’ve had absolutely wonderful luck with anything Toto that I’ve ever installed. This is no exception.Sanitation: when I initially turned on the water, I was concerned about the water level in the bowl! Seemed pretty low and I was worried about how it would fare post taco Tuesday. However, the glazing is some kind of magic stuff that 💩 doesn’t stick to and the smaller area where the water is contained is strategically positioned directly under a certain body office. I’m actually very happy that the toilet stays so clean.Performance: the performance is great. The flush is very strong AND quiet which is important since this is in a powder room pretty close to a main living area. This does not have the whap, whap, whap sound at the end of the flush. The installation: I actually did the installation myself and I must admit it was a little more challenging than most commodes. It required some components to be anchored to the floor. For me, I had to drill 6 holes in the floor with masonry bits. Toto made it easy by including a template that gets taped to the floor and lets you know exactly where to drill. Then concrete anchors are installed in those holes. Then the gray assembly is attached to the floor. After that, the toilet simply sits atop of the assembly and is screwed into the white nylon blocks that are anchored to the floor. This toilet is not moving or rocking! It is the best attachment technique I’ve ever seen albeit a little more complex. The height is standard which I appreciate as well. With all the rave of squatting today, I can’t understand why folks don’t want the lower/standard bowl height. I’m a 5’9’ guy and this toilet doesn’t make me feel like a 5 year old with legs dangling :-)So, while moderately priced and a little more challenging to install, this is a darn good purchase and saves SO much room from the wall to the front of the elongated bowl. Lowest profile elongated bowl I could find. Elongated was the reason I switched out the round bowl and this Toto actually stuck out from the wall LESS than the round bowl.Lastly, it looks awesome!

Worst Toilet Ever
I do not understand how a toilet like this made it past research and development phase. This is the WORST toilet I have ever used because you have to clean the inside of the bowl after every bowel movement! The inside of the bowl catches everything in a way that when you flush it never fully flushes down. @TOTO is the worst. I had American Standard and Kohler toilets for years. I wish I had never changed. I wish I could get my money back and buy different toilets. Do not buy this any TOTO toilet. Ever.

Can not flush clean
The design of the toilet is not very good. Often it can not flush clean and there's always some residual attached on the bowel. Very hard to clean.

I thought toto was a dog
This premium toilet is a loooooong way from being a dog. This is by far the finest china I have ever bought. It looks great, it operates like no other and you won't think twice about the money you invested. If I move I'm taking it with me.

Wife loves this toilet
This toilet works very well and is easy to clean. As for installation, this was being installed in our bath remodel by a licensed plumber. Didn't seem to difficult.
