It seemed to be sufficient quality out of the box. Turns out, not the case. Missing 2 pre drilled holes for alignment dowels. One corner sits flush with the ground while the other has a raised edge, all aligned with dowels. Pan will not fit under the hutch. Roof hinges wouldn’t reach the frame to allow install. Stiffener bar did not fit the recesses and split as soon as screws were installed.

I purchased this rabbit hutch as an investment. Why you must ask? Well my mini rex gave birth on March & April. This hutch has made it easier to separate female and males since it's wide, has a second floor, and most important, you respite from their continously kindling. Thank You Seller!

It’s super cute and functional. But so poorly constructed. The wheels fell off within one day. I wish I would have paid a little bit more for better quality 😔

Does the job, but with some areas for improvement. (1) The lower litter tray needs to be deeper. Bunnies tend to poop in the same spot and the poops pile up pretty quick, so when pulling out the tray to clean a lot of poop falls out the back an onto the floor. You would definitely need to clean every day to (maybe) avoid this. (2) The inside cabin area does not have its own pull out litter tray so poops pile up in there as well and its very difficult to clean. It is also a wood floor and not the same plastic material as the lower litter tray so it gets pretty icky if bunny happens to poop or pee in there and its not easy to wipe up since you can pull it out.Its a good hutch, but fixing the litter tray issues would make it much better

So excited for this purchase. I chose this one because it was a good size for indoors to give my bunny room but not consume the room and bonus it had wheels!! It had some chips and cracks. Holes did not line up properly. But seemed manageable. It’s cute . I was excited abut the removable waste drawer for more convenient clean up. Well not even 24 hours in. The wheels come off and start to collapse , the drop down door falls open often and urine some how leaks out all over the floor. And it has an overwhelming chemical smell that I hope where’s off. I’m surprised my bunny dsnt seem to bothered. And of course it’s already together with screws and the box broke down I’m recycling so can’t return! That’s a lot of money for a flimsy broken miniature hutch. If you can catch a sale ya go ahead and get but otherwise….

It’s a nice little house but came damaged in so many pieces. Instructions are not the best!

This is a really good place for bunnies when you don't want them roaming about.

It’s a nice white color, design, and size for 1 rabbit to sleep at night or when you don’t want him roaming around the house. But it’s not something I would keep my rabbit in all the time. The wheels broke pretty much just a few days later after assembly and rabbit pee leaks. I would not recommend. Pulling out the tray for cleaning is not that smooth but that’s expected when it’s just wood sliding in wood.
