Does Work
I bought three flat screens, upgrade. Two 40'', Vizio and RCA & a Samsung 55''. The Two 40s had the Coxial cable inputs. Which I connected my old VCRs. I just put the input selection to TV. Works well single is crisp and clear and the sound is perfect. The Sony didn't come with the Coxial. And had only two HDMI's, which were already occupied. So I got this product. I ask if this would work and many of you said to get the HDMi converted. I couldn't cuz the two the tv came with where already in used. So, yes it does work. Simple to install just connected this product to the antena IN from the tve, then the Three RCAs to the VCR output three RCAs. Then on your flat screen remote choose the antenna/TV from SOURCE. Make sure the VCR is on FIRST!!! Well, that's it. How to use Coxial to watch your VHS tapes on your VCR!

Use as per the manufacturers instruction included.
Attractive, easy to install, exceptionally effective in the purpose for which it was designed. For my application the converter inputs the RCA cable output from the DirectV satellite box. It sends the RF output to the coaxial input of the commercial LifeFitness tablet. The only input the treadmill has. I will ultimately output the audio to a sound bar since the treadmill does not have speakers, only Bluetooth and a headphone Jack. I will use the converter to out only the video as I prefer this set up. Fortunately this converter is available as it is an older technology.

One happy camper
I needed something where I could hookup my dvd player to my TV. Problem was only one set of RCA jacks on the TV which were being used by my satellite box. Hum didn't know what I needed so I asked on the internet. They recommended this device. I read the reviews and asked about it on amazon. I was skeptical that this was all I needed. Had the foresight to order the coaxial wire. Glad I did. The unit came today. Worked like a charm. Hooked the coaxial up to my TV then put the red, white and yellow dvd jacks into the monitor and surprise surprise it worked!. I can not afford a new TV so this little gadget was a perfect solution. Thanks to the reviews on amazon I made the right choice. I have no experience with stuff like this so I know if I can do it anyone can.

Works, but at a cost.
I bought this for a 20" RCA CRT television that wouldn't recognize the RGB inputs on the back, so as a workaround this box technically does what it says on the tin. In fact, it showed a clearer picture for my Nintendo 64 than my older Radio Shack model I wound up finding while this box was on transit. However, the audio quality is awful. It does have a small screw on the bottom for tuning the audio, but no matter how long I tinkered with it, if one thing sounded fine it needed tuning for the next thing. My old Radio Shack box has excellent audio and aside from a slightly grainy image ONLY on my N64, as my PS2 was actually pristine on both units, the audio blew this one out of the water. I would not recommend this RF Module to anyone with ears. Edit: less than a week switching between the two modules and the RF out connector is already broken. 1 star. Avoid this piece of crap.

Good product. Please read if HDCP message
Works great with disk network joey. I have tv in bedroom connected with hdmi cord. Wanted to watch a tv in basement with same joey but basement tv has coaxial connections. So connected rca cables to dish network joey and ran coax cable to basement. Dish network uses HDCP so tv in basement is older model. To watch HD channels in basement I had to disconnect HDMI cable from the Joey so it would not think it was connected to newer HD tv and now I can watch all channels on my older TV. Small inconvenience to watch an older TV using this product and not pay for another cable box

It works, but...
When plugged in and receiving power, it admits a rather apparent humming noise. It's quite alarming as I have had others that do not do this. It also claims to work on channel 3, but on my sanyo TV from the early '80s it appears on channel 7. I'm not sure if that's just because my TV is old and it's not intended for this specific device or if the modulator unpredictably chooses a channel to come in with good signal out the box. I will be looking for a replacement or different option only because this device hums louder than my TV.

RF Modulator
Bought this item because I needed to find a way to turn an old crt tv into a monitor. This is an analog tv and it has no external input except the antenna connection. My tv that I was using had inputs and worked for several years until it quit. This device let me plug in my s video plug and send it straight to the antenna input. Now I have my camera back in service and an old throw away tv back in use. The only thing that I have found is the RF modulation will interfere with another TV if it is too close so I will install an in line cut off switch for the modulator and cut it off when I'm watching the main TV. Other option is to get more separation between the TV's. Otherwise I like this product.
