40cm x 40cm is no where near accurate and the company has accepted no responsibility for my complaint regarding this, demanding pictures and arguing over size stated. Here’s your picture and 1 star review to go with it.

The size is not correct!! And is not even close to the size of the pillow which says 45 × 45. Much smaller than the size mentioned in the picture.

I purchased these cushion 24x24 to fit 22x22 cushion covers so there would be plump no such luck, there two small. If these where as it states hotel quality it must be a 1 star hotel. It’s a true saying you get what you pay for. They are now in the conservatory in a 18x18 cover.

Where do I start?!The delivery was so quick and recieved them in a small package so was rather worried they were flat until I cut the package to realise they were actually vacuum sealed and bounced out the pack! They are so firm and so plump it's unreal! I've ordered real awful ones in the past and these are well just perfect! Would definitely recommend them.

I ordered 14" and they are actually 12". I contacted the seller who, rather than offering to help, basically told me I was wrong and the way you measure the cushion is essentially to flatten the cushion and measure the outer case seam. But as the cushions are made with foam, inside the outer cushion cover they are only ever going to be 12" and so far too small for a 14" cushion cover. It is only when you scroll down to the right to the bottom to the more detailed product description there is a reference to needing to buy one size up. Rather than that it would be better to describe the measurements accurately in the main advert wouldn't it?

These were cheap and cheerful so I guess you get what you pay for. Lumpy and uncomfortable. I would not recommend these to anyone.

Ordered a pack of 2 and a thick parcel arrived. Just unpacked it to make up 2 cushions and there is only one pad inside. The one I've got is fine quality, but doesn't solve my problem that I need 2 and now it's too late to order another before Christmas. Not really very pleased.

The cushions were the exact size ordered and fit the covers perfectly. They're very comfortable and great value. However, had I measured the cushions incorrecly (which is the way demonstrated in all the photos 'proving' the cushions are too small) then they'd also have been 2"+ too small.The seller should probably be shouting how the cushions are measured a little more loudly, but follow the measurement instructions (flat - they're 3 dimensional!) and you should be very happy with these.
