Works well, but needed some tweaking
Requires some assembly, takes probable 25-30 mins to get ready.I have two other 3D printers that are single nozzle and only bought this one for the dual extrusion. However, mine came with badly adjusted nozzle heights which meant the left nozzle was lower than the right one and scraped across anything the right nozzle printed. I had to email support who sent me an STL Jig file to print. I had to almost completely disassemble the extruders & fans to realign them, but having done this it now prints fine and I also know how to change / upgrade nozzles when I'm ready to do so.There is however still a problem printing ABS on part of the bed since anything on the front left still curls whereas front right and across the back doesn't. PLA & HIPS both print fine (no curling). I'm wondering if my bed isn't heating evenly of if there is some other cause. I've meticulously levelled the bed (several times) as well as trying several different bed temperatures and different print speeds (including very slow), but they all come out the same. I'm also using 3DLac bed adhesion which I can't recommend enough. having been through all the other options including glue and tape.I'm using the included Glass Bed upgrade but ended up printing corner brackets to hold it since using clips gets in the way of the print heads for anything but the tiniest parts. Also, using the Glass Bed requires you to print your own spacer before using it otherwise the heads crash in to it. For the cost of this part it should be included when ever they include the Glass.Next, the filament holders on the rear only fit the included spools bit aren't long enough for any other filament I've every bought, so again, had to print my own replacements (find on Thingyverse). Also needed to print a new filament feed system (find on Thingyverse) to keep things flowing there too. All in all, had to print 8 extra parts just to make this a working system, none of which were included on the SD card that came with it.

Amazingly capable 3D printer and an outstanding value
Absolutely amazing machine. It's already exceeded my expectations without question.Take your time, set it up correctly, and the results are superb.I'll note that the 'Professional Printing Kit' comes with a glass shelf, and bulldog clips to hold it. I strongly suggest not using the clips, but to 3d print some (many can be found on Thingiverse.com for example, or similar) corner brackets to use on the bed. Mounting them the left rear, and right front corners has worked very well for me - just be sure to check how well they hold the glass again once you've the machine fully warmed up as things do expand and shift with the heat.I'm already planning to buy another Flashforge soon as the build quality is excellent. One last thing, there's reviews online suggesting another printer, which is a knockoff of the Flashforge but sells for 200£ less -- it'll not be difficult for you to find if you look around - Though it looks identical, the build quality and the performance are not, not by a long shot. Spend the bit of extra money and get the Flashforge for consistently great results print after print.

easy to set up
I never have used a 3D printer before, so please read this review in this light. It arrived intact, well packaged. Assembly took about 45 mins, no snags, good explanation given in the handbook. It took me a little while to figure out both the correct adjustment of the base plate and, later, the best print settings. But it was easy enough.Since arrival I have used it mostly to create PPE for self and colleagues. Will see what next after CoViD-19.The results are fine. As I said I have no comparison, but what I produced is in active use so I guess that is all I need to say.
