I’m an aging athlete who suffers from a lot of aches and pains. Recently my tennis elbow has been acting up, and a friend suggested I get a cold compression sleeve to see if that would help. While there are many, many compression sleeves on the market, after some research I came across the ICEE Sleeve, and purchased it.The bag includes one Icee Sleeve cold compression sleeve and a ziplock plastic bag, which includes instructions to save the bag, as the Icee Sleeve needs to be in the bag (protected) when it is put in the freezer. Got it! The material feels really nice- satiny smooth with compression bands at both ends to hold it in place. It’s also remarkable stretchy; it fit on my elbow and my knee equally well.And it works great! I had it my elbow for 2 hours today and it made the pain in my elbow go away!

With thin arms and lower legs, it’s been difficult to find heat/ice packs that will stay in place. This IceeNow sleeve went beyond my expectations to alleviate pain and swelling from an injury to my wrist, elbow and ankle. I can actually move around while the cold and/or heat does its thing without the sleeve slipping. I like how you can also microwave it for 10 seconds and enjoy some warmth for arthritis discomfort. I’m keeping it in the plastic bag as per the instructions. The medium fits the above perfectly. If I need one for my knee, I’ll get a large.

Finally an ice pack my son will actually use! He dislocated his knee cap playing football last year. It’s never really healed properly, and still causes him pain. The Icee Sleeve has worked great, since he says it makes his knee feel better and is so easy to use. He doesn’t sit still often, so he can still be walking around and doing stuff while he is icing his knee. Plus, I have tried it out on my leg, and love that I can use it for icing as well as applying heat. Highly recommend.

I ordered the IceeNOW to use for my shin splints after running 2-3 miles per day. The ice pack wrap works well, and is comfortable on the leg.However, I have 2 issues with this product:1. Compared to other reusable ice pack products, the ice seems to melt very quickly on the IceeNOW. Icing my shins / legs only last about 20-25 minutes, so you'll have to buy multiple if you want to ice both legs, or freeze it and wait again. (The other ice pack I ordered from Amazon lasted over an hour).2. The ice has gaps in between the ice blocks, so depending on the fit on your leg, you may have to continuously adjust the wrap to actually ice the areas in between. Basically it is not complete 360 coverage on the leg when worn, as there are pockets of no ice.Overall, it's still a very useful product, but has some slight drawbacks for my use.

We all play competitive sports, including my high school kids. And have tried all of the top rated ice pack solutions for knees, ankles, wrists, elbows, back etc. This ice sleeve is by far the best. It works like a true compression sleave in that you slip it right on and pull it up over your knee or ankle. No velcro or straps to mess with. AND it has the real super cold gel ice packs inside, so it gets and stays really cold. We are now able to ice as much as we need to because these make it so easy. Before it was such a pain to ice that we'd often skip it due to the hassle. You can also put it anywhere like a normal ice pack too of course. Here's to American innovation!

The IceeNOW Sleeve has been very useful for helping me recover from my elbow tendonitis. I've been putting this in the freezer and slipping it over my arm to alleviate swelling and pain. It is very well constructed and practical. It takes up very little space in my freezer and is always ready for use. Thank you IceeNow for a great useful product!

Icing after an injury or surgery is key! I have iced for years (even after hip replacement surgery, where I took no pain med, only ICED!!) and this ICEE sleeve makes it SO EASY TO ICE! No awkward cloth and ice pack repeatedly slipping off my leg or arm. Just slide it on, relax or keep on doing what you need to do. The sleeve material is very comfy and smooth on the skin. I ordered a large which is great for my knee (I am 5'6" 130 pounds) and ankle. It's one of those "why didn't someone tell me about this before!" - Simple idea, well executed and handy. I am going to order some for my active friends!
