I work a physical demanding job and I often get really bad hand cramps. My Dr suggested Cal/Mag 500/500 but it was tough finding a 1:1 ratio in that dosage. After some research I found this and I'm glad I did. It is a 3 tablet serving size, so the bottle will give you 30 servings, which is kind of nice because sometimes I don't feel as I need a whole dose and I'll only take two tablets. It's a great addition to my sleep regimen because magnesium helps promote relaxation. Packaging is also very nice. I'll buy again.
