Very Easy to Install
Like most others have said. The hard part is making sure you remove the broken glass and adhesive completely prior to installing the new glass. Installing the glass itself is a snap! I like that it came with two replacement glass pieces, just in case you make a mistake or as a spare in case you need it in the future. The glass does not seem to be as clear as the original when viewed from the camera, but the camera seems to compensate for a crisp a and clear picture.

Removing the broken glass was the hard part. Installing this was a breeze!FYI. Pretty sure this isn't waterproof. There may be some better quality replacement glass that can retain that waterproofing.
