7115 Spice Box/Masala Dabba with 7 Comparments and 2 Stainless Steel Lids, 20cm, 20 cm, Silver

Having read several other customer reviews of other spice boxes on Amazon I opted to buy the Zinel Spice Box/Masala Dabba. I am very happy with it. It is well-made with tight tolerances between the seven compartments; you have to remove the centre compartment to then remove the others. This is fine, as they don't rattle in the box. The inner lid keeps the spices fresh and sealed. The stainless steel is highly polished and does show your fingerprints if you don't wipe them off. It's a very attractive addition to my kitchen.

Always wanted one of these. Large enough for my needs. I put the spoon under the handle for storage. Inner lid only a tight fit if you turn it upside down, but the you struggle to remove it.

I read a few negative reviews on this that made me apprehensive. I do think there is probably a bad batch or two out there but I cannot complain about mine. The lid comes off with ease (but not too easy), no spices flying everywhere as some reviews had said. There is one large inner dipped down lid with a little handle and then the main lid that is "raised". The tin comes with a little spoon. The little pots are just comfortably wedged into the large tin and come out no problem. I ordered the 20cm stainless steel lid. Each small container I would say holds about 70g-80g of whole cumin seeds as an indication. If you are wanting to fill with the more cost effective 100g packs of Indian spices, you will need a bigger tin size. Still deciding on all my 7 permanent spices I want to store in this. I now have made loads more room in my cupboard for the herbs!

This 20 inch spice dubba is ideal for ground spices, not too big, not too small, and sits on top of the 22 inch I bought for whole spices.The 24 inch is I think, too big!Well made, with a good fitting, air-tight lid, easy enough to lift offNo more opening and closing packets of spices, and with up to eight in a curry, means a big time saving.

These tins are excellent! My previous one was smaller, with really shallow bowls inside. This one has nice, deep bowls so you can get a lot of spices in. I have bought two - one for ground spices and one for whole spices. It's made my cooking so much quicker! Highly recommended.

For the money it's a really good product, but it is let down by the finish on the on the inner lid , it is sharp and full of burrs, everything else is perfect but the handle spoils it.

This was a present for a Godson to take to university - I had shown him and his brother how to make curries beforehand and they admired my spice tin which was almost exactly the same. Mine was a gift from my mother in law 29 years ago - I anticipate this lasting a similar time. It’s a good size and the double lids keep the spices fresh (up to 6 months) and the smell in the tin! I will certainly buy another!

Estoy muy contenta con este compra. La caja es ideal para guardar mis especias. El olor de las especias llena la cocina cada vez que abro la caja. Todo que queda muy fresquita. Muy bien de precio. Terminare comprando mas.

Schon seit einer Weile war ich auf der Suche nach einer authentischen Indischen Gewürzbox bzw. einem Masala Dabba. Ich habe mich für die kleine 20cm Variante entschieden. Das Produkt kam nach 2 Tagen problemlos und ohne Dellen an. Es war sauber und roch auch nicht merkwürdig.

Perfecto, la calidad esperada y útil si usas las especias habitualmente.... muy útil y recomendable.
