I love how quite it is and easy to use. It does a great job and is good value for money. The only problem we had was the plug wasn’t long enough to reach our switch and the outlet hose wasn’t long enough but once sorted a great appliance

Does what it should; easily fitted, much quieter than the one it replaced. If it's as efficient as it claims, the running costs should break even with washing up by hand just about!Only trouble we had was with the delivery (bought from co-op electrical through Smazon) as we were not given any choice on the time or even the day it was delivered! A text at 1800 saying it would be delivered between 1530 and 1730 the next day doesn't allow much time to arrange being at home, and when we weren't they took it back and left no contact details to arrange redelivery. All sorted eventually, but more hassle than I'd expected.

The guys arrived when on time, were careful with unloading it. There was no "bounce" marks on the packaging and it went under the counter top first time. Watch out on the instructions for the misleading section about the rear polystyrene support that must stay in place. That's fragile. It cleans crockery and its simple to use. Will buy again.

Easy to fit with everything you need to do so. Easy to use also.Full size dinner plates have to put in at an odd angle to get them to fit is one issue.Also, apart from soak (10 min cycle), the quickest wash is 2 hours -seems excessive.

Delivery was quite prompt but when installed we had problem with the pipes. When checked by my builder who installed it, they found dirt in a brand new discharge pipe so wonder if this was a brand new dishwasher or a refurbished one?? In the end it's working fine but quite noisy and takes 2hrs for the shortest cycle. I should have checked the cycles before buying. Anyway it's too late as its already fixed and in place in my new kitchen.

Easy to install - but I do recommend read the operating manual carefully especially the section on salt and Rinse Cabinet filling. These must be used to get the best out of the machine. Good value for money.
