Just got it
Arrived quickly. The mugwort are wrapped individually. You just unwrap the mugwort ball, stick it in your bellybutton and stick the bandage over it. Simple enough. The bandage is pretty sticky. I will give and update in a few weeks

Doesn't work
My sister and I have both used these. As far as reducing belly fat, it does nothing. BUT, it does help you sleep better.

Did not work for me.
Maybe the product works for others, but i did not work for me. I recommend keeping anti itch spray for cream close by just in case of a reaction. The sticky patch left me with a bad rash on my stomach.

My stomach went down already it’s only been 5 days
The media could not be loaded. This definitely works but I don’t like how it smells, I’ve think it’s worth it though. You can’t smell it when you’re wearing it.

Mixed thoughts, but things definitely do happen!
Okay, so we’ve had a couple of weeks to experience these thingies, and the jury is hung.First off, there are no particular claims what these do.Second off, there are no particular instructions what you are supposed to do.Well, we figured it out with some internet surfing……You take one of the bandaid things, take one of the wrapped pills, and before you go to bed for the night……Get the adhesive bandaid thing ready by removing the paper covering. The bandaid has a circular “target” where you are going to put the pill contents & attach it to yourself. You want to keep the bandaid level & ready to accept the pill, but also where you can scoop the whole thing up & attach it to yourself so it stays put for the next 6-7-8 hours. An easy destination is your belly button if it is concave, as that gives the pill somewhere to rest into & the adhesive bandaid sits over the “cave” & holds the pill against your skin.…Take one of the tissue wrapped “pills” out of the bottle, and mash it between your fingers to flatten it from being so round & that also “breaks the surface” of the pill content to expose more of its ability to touch & insert some of itself into the pores of your skin.Place the crushed pill to the center of the bandaid.Put the whole thing adhesive down to your belly button. Some folks may choose another place like the bottom of their foot. I would think an area compelling to have some moisture to interface with the pill contents, not thick skin, not likely to get accidentally torn off during sleep — would be what you’re aiming for.Wear it like that while you rest.In the morning, the bandaid has a slightly yellow band on one side that serves as a lift off pull tab, just pull & lift & the bandaid can be pulled off. You’ll need to scoop out the pill, maybe be next to the toilet to let the pill fall in (or a trashcan). That’s the long & short of how to apply & use it.For both of us, these caused us to be sleepier, and I like the way it helped insure a good long rest. However, after several nights of this, I left the pill attached instead of removing it, and I’d find that was too much of a good thing. I’d feel not so good toward the afternoon. Also, it made me tired late in the day.For my spouse, the bandaid was removed promptly after waking up, and there were no side effects. For both, we needed to urinate longer and get up before morning to do an extra urination. The conclusions we come up with……Wear it overnight but not extended past the recommended 6-7-8 hours of sleep.…It is probably a diuretic, & so you’ll urinate more & possibly that will get rid of what they call “evil water”, & that could drop your weight some.…Some folks will like it better than others. For me, I stopped. For my spouse, continues to enjoy it.And PS — If you have a hairy belly button, be prepared to get some hairs yanked off along with the bandaid!
