Q: Will this work in my 29 gallon bio cube

Yes and no. Will it physically work and be a suitable skimmer- Yes. Will it fit in the built in filter compartments- No. In general for small all in one tanks, only the 9001 models will fit the compartments.

Q: Will this fit correctly fit in the BioCube 32 chamber?

Don't buy this useless and fancy controls only skimmer !

Q: will this work in my sump and will it push water over to my third chamber to my return pump?.

It will work fine in a sump. The discharge rate will "push" water, just that the flow rate is actually down as the intake is on the upper side. Another thing to keep in mind that this unit is only designed for aquariums up to 79 gallons and even then it won't handle a high bio load without filling the cup everyday. In a true sump, I'd go with a true internal skimmer like something by Red Sea. If you are having flow issues going from the second to the third chamber, then you need to adjust your return rate from the aquarium.
