Can i just use the box for my own baby's silverware for a gift; is it nice? i need it to be very nice!!

Yes, the box is nice. The silverware is presented on a satin-like fabric and the presentation is very nice. However, why in the world would you pay $29 for a "box"??? The silverware is very nice quality and makes a lovely gift, especially engraved. I am sure you can find many other sources for just the box.
