I have used it for close to 3 years. Very good n sturdy product. Will reorder it now when its cloth has faded and it look old.

Product falling down in front side

Had bought it as a 1-2 day travel bag. However, dis not find the product quality and durability up the mark and did not fewl good. So returned and bought a different product. A much better leatherette laptop bag plus clothes storage with a stroller

Serves purpose

If ur going to keep just a laptop, and few regular accessories then this bag is ok. If in case u load it with 2 or 3 laptops then u have to use only the trolley mode as the straps are very delicate and got cut off for me.Material Quality yes its good, Waterproof yes very nice, Straps are the main issue and one more issue is always u have to keep near the wall as the bag doesn't have the balancing plastic like in American tourister.

I returned as one of the two rollers was making more noise. Better quality of roller is suggested (like Dell roller backpack 5).

The media could not be loaded.  The trolley of the product is not working properly. Needs to be fixed
