So comfortable
This pillow is so comfortable and comforting! I have to wear ear muffs to sleep in and the hole in the middle lets me do this. The only trouble I have with it is that my ear muffs are larger than the hole and I have to push them into the opening. But once they're in the right position., it's fine. The pillow itself is perfect. I love the fabric of the cover too. I'm so grateful to be able to sleep on my side even with ear muffs on!

May need a long neck to use this
It looked good on paper. The problem with this is the size.I sleep on my side, and need to keep pressure off of my ear. When I laid down on my side, I could not fit my ear into the hole in the pillow. The problem is the distance of the ear hole from the edge of the pillow. Laying down, with the pillow against my shoulder, the ear hole was too high, too far away to place my ear in it. My neck would have had to be 2 or 3 inches longer to fit properly.This pillow would have worked better if the ear hole was offset toward one edge. That way there would be a choice about the distance from the edge to the hole, shorter or longer.The pillow was not too soft or too firm, so that was okay. But it just did not fit me, and I'm actually taller than average. I would think that it would only fit those with a very long neck. Bottom line, I had to return it, but it may work for others.

I just didn't line up right.
I found that if the opening would be a bit offset it would be more comfortable. I had to cut away some of the foam to accommodate the shoulder. Would not purchase again.

It works but
Ideal for piercings, hole is big enough. The problem is that it’s too “tall” and sometimes causes neck pain. Not as soft a as I expected.

It’s as big as it shows!!
Finally a hole pillow that is the actual size of the pictures! Love the comfy pillow and the pillow case is nice and soft.

hate it
The pillow has good foam and support. But the ear hole is just way too small. I'm not that big of a man. I went out and got a foam neck rest pillow, a neck travel pillow and it works greatfor 1/10th the price, the hole is just too small in this one to work in any way,I mean you best not move 1/8th of an inch during the night. I really find this product to beridiculously bad.not sure what to do with this thing now.just a loss.
