I ordered and paid for brand new. I received an opened box used and blades and foils. Amazing!

Good shaver
Excellent battery life but performance is not any better than my previous Andis foil shaver. It also gives you an indication of the charge, which is an upgrade from the previous. 4 stars as I was expecting a much better performance. Still have to do a few strokes for a good shave.

foil don't last long
Only a few days in foil started to give me rash .. for this price should of come with extra foils..I can not recommend..

Already broke
One of the foil heads has broken causing scratches to my head , it's less than a month old ,and a replacement head is £40 . If it happens again will be returning as I can't afford £40 a month for new heads . It worked great up until then .

doenot work
The product is not that good and does not cut well. It is a bit outdated, I thought it was better, but no, it does not work well and does not cut your hair. Here you can see a photo of how it looks after several passes and trying to get it to cut, but it doesn't cut.
