inadequate technical info and no customer support
Never got as far as purchasing this. Information is inadequate and the phone number plays a long message and then cuts you off - tried it a couple of times and gave up. Crucially there is no infomration as to whether access is from the top or the bottom for changing the filters. Dimension diagram is vague as to whether dims refer to spigots or the body. Impossible to purchase without this information.
